Nature of our services
Night Fox Funding is a business funding advisory and broker. We are not a bank, a direct lender, a credit repair organization, or a licensed investment, legal or tax advisor. We do not make credit decisions and we do not lend our own capital. We identify potential funding sources, package and present your file, and help you evaluate offers.
No commitment to lend
Nothing on this site and no communication from us constitutes an offer, commitment or guarantee of funding. All amounts, rates, terms and timelines shown are illustrative ranges based on typical programs and are subject to lender underwriting, verification and approval. Submitting a pre-qualification is not an application for credit.
Your obligations
- Provide accurate, complete and current information
- Promptly disclose existing funding positions, liens, judgments and bankruptcies
- Not submit information about a business you are not authorized to represent
- Use the site only for lawful purposes
Providing materially false information may result in withdrawal of offers and may constitute fraud.
Compensation
We are typically compensated by the funding source upon successful closing. We do not charge application fees or upfront fees to clients. Any fee contained within a funding offer is disclosed on the term sheet before you sign.
Third-party funders
Funding is provided by third parties under their own agreements. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for a funder's performance, terms, servicing or conduct. Review every funding agreement carefully and consider independent legal and accounting advice before signing.
