We are a broker, not a lender
Night Fox Funding is a business funding advisory and broker. We are not a bank, direct lender or financial institution. We do not make credit decisions, do not underwrite, and do not lend our own capital. Funding is provided by third-party lenders and funders under their own agreements and criteria.
How we are compensated
We are generally paid a commission by the funding source when a transaction closes. Compensation varies by product, funder and deal size, which means we may earn more on some products than others. We disclose this openly and present all suitable offers, including those on which we earn less. We charge clients no application fee and no upfront fee.
About the figures on this site
All funding amounts, rates, factor rates, terms, advance percentages, loan-to-value ratios and timelines are illustrative ranges reflecting typical programs across our lending network. They are not offers, quotes or guarantees. Your actual terms depend on underwriting of your specific file, including revenue, bank statement quality, time in business, credit profile, industry, existing obligations and collateral. The funding estimator
The calculator on this site produces an estimate for illustration only. It applies generalized underwriting logic and cannot account for bank statement quality, existing positions, seasonality or industry. It is not a pre-approval, an offer, or a prediction of any specific outcome.
Credit inquiries
Pre-qualification is a soft review with no impact on your credit score. No hard credit inquiry is made without your separate, express written consent, which is typically requested at the offer stage. Funders may pull business credit and commercial data as part of their underwriting.

We serve US-based business entities in all 50 states. We do not fund businesses located outside the United States. All funding is for commercial purposes only — we do not provide consumer loans, personal loans, mortgages on primary residences, or consumer credit repair.
Restricted industries
Certain industries fall outside the criteria of nearly all funders in our network, including cannabis and CBD, firearms and ammunition, adult entertainment, cryptocurrency trading and mining, gambling and gaming, multi-level marketing, debt collection, credit repair services and most non-profit organizations.
Fraud warning
